⚔️ Remixed Artifact Weapon System
Artifact weapons have been completely redesigned in Remix. All class weapons now share a unified trait tree with players choosing from five distinct paths: Nature, Fel, Arcane, Storm, and Holy.
🔧 Key Features
- Free Respeccing: Reset your trait allocation at any time without cost
- Quick Allocation: Use Ctrl + Click to rapidly assign remaining trait points
- Jewelry Enhancements: Trinkets and jewelry can boost trait levels, enable cross-path allocation, and enhance maximum trait potential
- Unified System: No longer tied to specific specializations—complete build freedom
⚡ Infinite Power System
Infinite Power serves as the long-term progression resource in Remix. It's used to upgrade Artifact traits and provides permanent character attribute bonuses that continue scaling throughout the event.
💡 Did You Know?
During PTR testing, the Limits Unbound trait had a cap of 999 points, with each point providing +1% Versatility. This represents massive scaling potential for dedicated players!
🔥 Heroic World Tier
Heroic World Tier is an enhanced difficulty mode for outdoor and world content in Remix. Enemies have significantly increased health and damage, and may feature affix-like modifiers similar to dungeon mechanics.
In exchange for the increased challenge, you'll receive better rewards including higher Bronze drops, improved gear quality, and faster progression resources.
🎯 How to Toggle
Visit the Infinite Bazaar and speak with Eternus to toggle between Normal and Heroic World Tiers.
🗝️ Timeworn Keystone System
Remix reintroduces the original Legion Mythic+ dungeon system with modern enhancements. The familiar keystone progression returns, now integrated with new Remix-specific mechanics.
A new affix called Eternus's Trials has been added, providing unique challenges beyond the traditional Mythic+ modifier rotation.
⚔️ Pro Tip
Timeworn Keystones are one of the best sources for Bronze currency and high-level gear. Prioritize them in your weekly routine for optimal progression!
🗿 Timewarped Obelisks
Scattered throughout the Broken Isles, Timewarped Obelisks are interactive shrines that grant powerful temporary buffs when activated.
🔥 Common Buffs
- Damage increase
- Movement speed boost
- Resource regeneration
💡 Usage Tips
- Mark them on your map
- Activate before tough encounters
- Stack with other buffs
🔬 Infinite Research System
The Infinite Research system provides daily quests that reward progression resources and Bronze currency. Quest types include monster slaying, dungeon completions, Bronze collection, gliding challenges, and more.
⏰ Casual-Friendly Design
The system allows you to accumulate up to 6 days of incomplete quests. This means you don't need to log in daily—you can play on your own schedule and complete accumulated quests in batch sessions without falling behind!
💰 Bronze Currency System
Bronze is the primary currency in Legion Remix, used exclusively for purchasing cosmetic items including transmogs, mounts, toys, and decorative items at the Infinite Bazaar. Importantly, it is not used for gear upgrades, keeping cosmetic and power progression separate. Browse all available items in our Rewards Catalog.
💎 How to Earn Bronze
- Monster Drops: All enemies drop Bronze, with elites and rares giving more
- Quest Rewards: Main story, side quests, and world quests
- Gear Scrapping: Dismantle unwanted equipment for Bronze
- Dungeons & Raids: Bonus Bronze from boss kills and completion
- Infinite Research: Daily quest rewards
🔧 Gear Acquisition & Scrapping
Gear is readily available through quests, dungeons, raids, world content, and Infinite Research rewards. The accelerated progression means you'll frequently replace equipment as you level.
Unwanted gear can be "scrapped" at special vendors, converting it into Bronze currency and sometimes Infinite Power. This creates a clean loot cycle without inventory clutter. For efficient farming strategies, see our Quick Start Guide.
♻️ Smart Scrapping
Don't hoard outdated gear—scrap it immediately to fund your transmog and mount purchases at the Infinite Bazaar!
🦅 Skyriding System
After completing the A Fixed Point in Time questline, players unlock the Skyriding ability—enabling dynamic aerial movement and gliding throughout the Remix world.
✈️ Skyriding Benefits
- Fast travel across zones
- Access to hard-to-reach areas
- Enhanced exploration experience
- Required for certain Infinite Research quests
🔄 Character Conversion Rules
Timerunner characters can be converted to standard live realm characters before the event ends. Once converted, the character permanently loses access to Remix-exclusive abilities and content.
⚠️ What Happens During Conversion
- Removed: Event logs, Remix-specific items and abilities, Timerunner status
- Retained: Character level, base gear appropriate for current level
- Unlocked: All collected transmogs, mounts, titles, and achievements remain permanently account-wide
- Bronze Currency: Must be spent before conversion—it doesn't transfer!
💡 Conversion Tip
Wait until the final phase (Infinite Echoes) to convert, ensuring you've collected all desired rewards and spent your Bronze before the transition!
💡 Mechanics Optimization & Best Practices
✅ Prioritize Infinite Research Quests
These quests provide consistent resources and rewards, forming the backbone of steady progression. Complete them regularly for optimal efficiency.
⚠️ Don't Rush Heroic World Tier
Switching to Heroic difficulty too early can be punishing. Build up your gear and Artifact traits before making the jump for a smoother experience.
🔄 Utilize Free Trait Resets
Take advantage of unlimited Artifact respeccing to optimize your build for different content types—solo questing, dungeons, raids, and PvP all benefit from different trait configurations.
♻️ Scrap Unwanted Gear Immediately
Convert outdated equipment into Bronze to fund your transmog and mount collection. Don't let your bags fill up with obsolete items!
🗿 Mark Obelisk Locations
As you explore, mark Timewarped Obelisk positions on your map. These buffs can make challenging world content significantly easier.
⏰ Leverage the 6-Day Quest Accumulation
Plan your playtime around your schedule. You can batch-complete accumulated Infinite Research quests on weekends without missing daily rewards.
